LVS Luxury Transfer provides private transfer services to and from airports, ports, and hotels. Below are the terms and
conditions that govern all bookings made through our platform.

Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official online form.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive an email with the reservation number and full details.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour, please contact us immediately.

 

 

What is Included

  1. Private transfer with a luxury vehicle
  2. Professional driver
  3. time flight/ship tracking
  4. Luggage assistance
  5. Up to 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport arrivals, 30 minutes for port arrivals, and 15 minutes for hotel or
    accommodation pickups

Waiting Time & Delays

  • Free waiting time starts from the moment your flight or ship arrives, regardless of any delays
  • No need to worry in case of delays, as we monitor all flights and ferry arrivals live
  • After the free waiting time expires, an additional hourly charge will apply according to our current pricing
  • If there is no communication between the passenger and the driver after the waiting time, the driver has the right to
    leave the pickup point with no obligation to provide the service

Passenger Responsibility

  • It is the passenger鈥檚 responsibility to provide accurate booking details (time, address, flight number, etc.)
  • The company bears no responsibility for delays or failure to provide service due to incorrect or incomplete information
  • The passenger must be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time

By completing a booking, you automatically accept these terms and conditions.

馃搶 2. Payment Policy

  • We offer the following payment options:
  • Full payment by card during booking (recommended)
  • 30% deposit by card, with the remaining balance paid directly to the driver, either by card or in cash upon pickup

 

馃搶 3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
  • If cancellation is made within this period, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be
    given
  • For booking modifications, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
